Jagged cliffs reach above you and there are bones of equines and other creatures scattered along the bottom. Grass over grows the older bones and the new bones still have the remains of blood on them. Some equines come here to die other come here because they're feeling brave and dash from cliff to cliff or taunt the creatures that lurk in the shadows.

The canyons have narrow paths along their red walls. There is some vegetation, dry trees and some grass but there is plenty of water. The rivers and streams run through the canyon like blood in veins. You can get to the top of the canyon to meet your fellow equines. Be warned though, it's windy at the top. In the middle of the canyon there is a meadow with better quality grass and a stream.

A long rock wall runs along the whole beach. The natural rock wall towers over any equine, like mountains. In the middle of these cliffs there is a break where a path leaks from them onto the sandy beaches. This beach is not tropical and the waters are usually cold, warmer of course in the summer. Rocoso Beach is another place to come and meet other equines, although it attracts all sorts of equines so don't be surprised if you see a darker equine lurking about.

A river flows through a valley nestled in the mountains. The valley has good grass and trees that border it. At night the river looks like liquid silver as the moonlight plays across it; and in the midnight hour all is quiet and even the river seems quiet. This place is not of war or love, no, it is a place where equines come to talk and even play but it seems to attract the darker equines at night, so beware.

As the sun rises over the eastern snow-capped mountains, the Aspen tree speckled foothills color a vibrant pink and a cloak of fog hangs low over the valley’s meadow. At the northern entrance of the valley, a spring bubbles into a large pond containing a grassy, nest-like landing in the middle. A pair of mating Trumpeter Swans reside on this tiny island. From the pool of water, the mountain fresh aqua slithers its way through the tall, green grass, forming into a wide river that stretches to the far end of the valley. The Snake River is well named for its windy path through the rolling foothills and large meadow. So full of love and tranquility, this rocky mountainous valley is a simple reminder of the things that should matter most in a creature’s life… natural beauty, comapssion and harmony.

The forest bleeds off of the mountains and goes for miles. The forest is made up of many different kinds of trees, at the foot of the mountains the trees are mostly pines and as the forest goes on the trees begin to vary. There are clearings in the forest and there are streams and rivers that come down from the mountains and leek through the forest. The forest appeals more to the light hearted equines and the neutral equines.

Trees tower at extreme heights, creating a canopy with their leaves that give a strange dark tint to the light from the sun. The jungle is hot and steamy and easy to get lost in if you don't know your way around. There are poisoness creatures and plants hidden in this jungle, maybe one of the reasons that only the dark souled equines venture here and call this place home. There are crystal clear streams and waterfalls that tumble into deep bodies of water. There is grass but it is more difficult to find because of all the other plants. There are some fruits that look edible but some might be poisoness. Creatures lurk in the shadows and you might hear some sounds at night but if you are one of the dark souled equines you won't mind.

The caverns are a deep and intricate cave system, bore into the dark slate cliffs of Lascaux over thousands of years. Hundreds of dark mouths adorn the cliffside, each leading a different path; each with its own secrets. The caves themselves vary in size - some are immense caverns, while some could only fit a foal inside. Stalactites hang from the ceilings, dangerously low and sharp in places, so individuals have to be wary upon trespass. A shale beach leads up to the warren-like system, not as warmly inviting as that of Sterling Shore, but more secluded and tranquil, offering some privacy for those who need it. This is where you will find a good majority of those of the military bedding down. It's also a place to be ambushed at, so take warning. The caverns are not away from the beach, so a single call of a threat can be heard easily.
